Dane Orrell: Admissions Career Leader
After nearly a decade in the service industry,
Dane Orrell says he’s come to understand that by giving
great service to others he receives something even greater
in return. “It’s increasingly meaningful to me
as I become more in contact with people, what it means to
build connections and, in turn, wonderful relationships.”

Another thing that excites Dane about working
with Gary Manuel Aveda Institute is the ability to watch transformation
happen. “Beauty professionals spend their whole life
enhancing people’s feelings about themselves. When I
look at future professionals, it’s exciting to see them
now, especially at this stage, because you know that when
they are done, they’re going to transform as well, not
just in the way that they look, but everything about them
is going to take on a new aspect. And that’s what I
love about this business: it’s about transforming people
from the inside out. It’s something that you know is
going to be good and exciting and make them feel really proud
of their accomplishment.”
