We are passionate about being an integral part of growing the beauty industry! Since our founding in 2005, our goal has been to improve the quality of cosmetology, esthetics and instructor training graduates in Washington and beyond. A large part of this mission is having great relationships with you - the salons and spas!

Come in for a POP-UP!
Open to all salons & spas
Hosted weekly on Wednesdays from 11-1pm, these are an easy way to connect with our students. (Think mini Career Fair with only you!) Answer their questions and tell our students how great you are over their lunches. We suggest you bring: marketing materials / handouts, snacks or treats, some way to get the contact info for students and big smiles!
Do a Sneak Peek!
Open to salons & spas with advanced training
Put on a demonstration class for our students and show them what you're all about! These 2-hour classes give you the chance to show students your techniques, tips & training that create success for your employees. Hosted monthly for cosmetology and quarterly for esthetics.
We suggest you bring: marketing materials / handouts, snacks or treats, some way to get the contact info for students and big smiles!
Attend a Career Fair!
Open to all salons & spas
Hosted annually, our career fairs are fun and informative. They include a fashion show put on by the students as well as mingling with students to tell your stories and share your successes. Limited to 40 salons and spas.
